Â鶹´«Ã½ÍÅ¶Ó Foundation Request for Expenditure (Check Request) form for all programs
To request reimbursement (or have a payment made via check) from a Research Council program award, such as faculty Incentive Grants, Faculty Travel Grants, Pre-Tenure Faculty Support Awards, Proposal Writing Support Awards, TLC Innovation Grants, undergraduate TRAC Grants, Rhodes Award, Dr. Battles and Dr. Mills Research Award, and Sorrell Chesin '58 Research Awards.
Â鶹´«Ã½ÍÅ¶Ó Foundation Purchase Requisition Webforms
We have created three webforms for Â鶹´«Ã½ÍÅ¶Ó Foundation Purchase Requisitions:
- For student purchases on TRAC Grants, Dr. Battles and Dr. Mills Student Research Awards, Dr. Wendell and Barbara Rhodes Research Awards, Sorrell Chesin ’58 Research Awards, Kyrwood Undergraduate Summer Fellowships, and Â鶹´«Ã½ÍÅ¶Ó Foundation Undergraduate Summer Fellowships. This form will require the signature of both the student and their faculty sponsor.
- For purchases on Incentive Grants, Pre-Tenure Research Support Awards, Proposal Writing Support Awards, Â鶹´«Ã½ÍÅ¶Ó Foundation Summer Faculty Fellowships, Roemer Summer Faculty Fellowships, and TLC Innovation Grants. This form requires only the signature of the awardee.
- For purchases using a departmental Â鶹´«Ã½ÍÅ¶Ó Foundation account. This form requires the signature of both the requestor and their Department Chair.
Research Foundation for SUNY Purchases
For purchases on awards supported by indirect cost funds (i.e. Presidential Summer Fellowship, Research Development Award, Undergraduate Summer Fellowship Supplement, or Indirect Cost Return Award), please enter the information in and assign it to Sheila McCart (smccart@geneseo.edu). You must upload quotes for non-catalog items.

Application for Volunteer Services
Must be completed for students volunteering their time for summer (or other) research when they are not concurrently enrolled in Â鶹´«Ã½ÍÅ¶Ó courses for academic credit. Non-Â鶹´«Ã½ÍÅ¶Ó individuals who volunteer time on research projects should also complete this form.
